A Self Audit Of Your Own Sharing Habits

Look back carefully and honestly through your own recent shares, messages forwarded to others, posts reshared publicly, and honestly assess just how many of them were actually checked properly beforehand versus simply shared purely on instinct or a strong emotional reaction felt in the passing moment at the time.

This particular self audit works best when it is done entirely without harsh judgement attached to the results found. The goal is establishing an honest baseline, not feeling guilty about past habits, since an accurate starting point is genuinely what makes any real improvement afterward actually possible to measure clearly over time.

Repeating the audit periodically, perhaps roughly once a month, tracks reliably whether deliberate practice is actually shifting the underlying pattern meaningfully over time, turning a vague intention to check more carefully into something genuinely measurable and concrete, rather than remaining a vague, entirely unexamined hope left for the distant future.
