Assemble a short sequence of varied examples in advance, an image, a claim, an account, a message, each one requiring a genuinely different type of check, and work through them all back to back without pausing between the different categories. The resulting variety mirrors closely how verification actually gets demanded in ordinary daily life.
Keep early attempts entirely untimed and focus instead on completing each individual check thoroughly and properly rather than doing it quickly at first. Speed is only worth adding once the underlying steps for each type of check already feel comfortable, familiar and reliable when performed on their own without pressure.
Repeating the same obstacle course with genuinely fresh examples periodically, rather than treating it as a single one time test, turns it into an ongoing, useful measure of real progress made across every single category of check involved in the exercise as a whole over time.
